Have questions about what to expect when you take your pet to Petscapes? Here are answers to some common questions about us.

General

Are you open on sundays? What are your store hours?

Yes, We are open Mondays to Saturdays from 10 am to 8 pm. And Sundays 10 am to 6 pm. Pet Grooming booking cut-off is until 4 pm only.

Do you have a vet available? Do you accept deworming and vaccines?

We don't have veterinary services as of the moment. You can refer to our Services Page for a list of all our services

What services do you offer?

We have Pet Grooming, Aquascaping, Aquarium Maintenance, Pet Accessories, Pet Tags and Cafe Services. Please visit our Services Page for a complete list and the details of each service.

Do you have hamster and rabbit accessories available?

As of the moment we only have Dogs, Cats, and Fishes accessories. We are hoping to add more other varieties in the near future.

Do you have any puppies and pets for sale ?

Yes, we sometimes do sells kittens and puppies from time to time when they are available. But we normally don't display them at the store since we don't have an area for that. We will post updates on our facebook page when we have available pets. But we always have tropical fishes on display at the store.

Pet Grooming

How much does your Pet Grooming services cost? How much does it cost to groom a cat?

How long does it take to groom my pet?

A pet grooming session takes around and 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the size of your dog or cat. You have the option to standby and chill at our cafe while you wait. Or you can leave him in our care and we will inform you through text messages when your pet is ready for pickup.

Do you offer pick and delivery services?

As of the moment, we don't have the published service yet since there is a limitation on our available vehicles. But we do offer it on special case to case basis to our most valued customers

Shipping and Delivery Info

When will my order ship out?

Most orders of in-stock merchandise ship out the business day following order placement and upon confirmation receipt of payment. We do not ship on weekends or on Philippine holidays.

How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?

Once your order leaves our office, the Shipping Destination you select determines how quickly the order will arrive at your doorstep. DOMESTIC (PH) SHIPPING METHODS: Metro Manila - 2-3 business days for delivery. Provincial Areas - Delivers within 3-4 business days of shipment. Remember that our office requires one business day for order processing. Orders shipped via Abest will not be delivered on Sunday or national holidays.

How much do the different shipping methods cost?

These vary based on the number of items in your order. Rates are calculated before checkout is complete.

Where is my order?

Tracking information is available through the tracking system on the couriers tracking page. Your order should arrive according to the shipping timelines above.

Payments

What are your modes of payment?

For online orders, we accept Credit/Debit Card payments through PayPal Express Checkout, BPI Bank deposit, and Pera Padala Centers. For cash deposits and Pera Padala Centers, our bank information will be posted to you once an order has been placed. In-store, we only accept cash payments for now.
